Pre-Ballet Age 5-6 years old
​Students begin the study of classical ballet through age appropriate technique focusing on coordination, musical and spatial awareness. Elements of creative movement enhance basic Ballet movements.
Tips for a successful class at home: 
  • Be aware of your surroundings! Make sure you have enough space around you to fully stretch your arms and legs without hitting any objects.
  • Be cautious while dancing on slippery floors (hardwood, tile, carpet, etc). Going barefoot may be a good option if Ballet shoes are too slippery. 
  • No eating or chewing gum while dancing! 
  • Remember to drink water! ​
