Ballet II Ages 8 – 9 years
​Introducing and reinforcing the fundamentals of Ballet; barre-work helps students to develop strength, discipline and proper body alignment. Self-expression is developed while exploring quality of movement.
Tips for a successful class at home: 
  • Be aware of your surroundings! Make sure you have enough space around you to fully stretch your arms and legs without hitting any objects.
  • Be cautious while dancing on slippery floors (hardwood, tile, carpet, etc). Going barefoot may be a good option if Ballet shoes are too slippery. 
  • No eating or chewing gum while dancing! 
  • Remember to drink water! ​
