IMPORTANT YEAR END PRESENTATION INFORMATION! ​

  Date: Sunday, June 14, 2026
Performance Time: 4:00 PM

(Approximate running time with intermission is 90 minutes)
Location: Scottish Rite Masonic Center 
2115 Broad St. Cranston, RI 02905

Everyone must check in with a volunteer or their teacher when they arrive.
Children will not be allowed to roam the hallways and must stay in the theater unless otherwise instructed by their teachers.

 IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL PARENTS & STUDENTS

Dear Families,
​

We are looking forward to celebrating all of our dancers at our Year-End Performance!

To help the day run smoothly, please review the following reminders carefully:

Arrival Time
  • Dancers should arrive at the theater ON TIME.
    • Dancer Schedule:
      12:00pm Ballet III/IV - Inter/Advanced, Contemporary & Inter. Jazz
      Warm-up & Rehearsal

      2:00pm Ballet I/II & III & Jazz I Rehearsal
      3:30pm Creative Movement & Pre-Ballet - *They will be seated with their parents until they perform.
      4:00pm Performance Starts
  • Please check your dancer in with a staff member upon arrival.
  • We ask that dancers remain backstage for the duration of the performance unless otherwise *directed.

What to Bring

Please send your dancer with:
  • All required costumes and hair accessories (hair pins, elastics, hair net and hair spray) If you are attending a rehearsal the day of please wear your regular dance clothes so as to not get your costume dirty. 
  • Dance shoes 
  • Warm-up clothes (jacket, sweatshirt, sweatpants, etc.)
  • Water bottle (labeled with your child's name)
  • Snacks and/or a packed meal if your dancer will be with us for an extended period

Hair Requirements

All dancers should arrive with their hair performance-ready:
  • Hair secured in a neat ballet bun unless otherwise instructed by their teacher (Contemporary/Jazz).
  • For Ballet - Please use hair ties, bobby pins, and a hair net to ensure the bun remains secure throughout the performance.
  • Hair pieces will be provided the day of and a teacher will assist in putting it on. No additional accessories should only be worn.

​Additional Reminders
  • Please label all belongings.
    Avoid bringing valuables backstage.
  • Dancers should arrive wearing no jewelry (small earring studs are acceptible) and no nail polish unless approved by their teacher.
  • Makeup requirements (if needed) will be communicated by instructors.
    Suggested makeup: powder, blush, mascara & red lipstick


Backstage Etiquette
To help ensure a safe and organized experience for all dancers, we ask that parents and family members do not enter backstage areas. Upon arrival, a teacher or volunteer will meet dancers in the lobby and direct them to the appropriate dressing room or waiting area to prepare for the performance.


Parent Volunteers
If you are interested in volunteering during the performance, particularly to assist with front-of-house duties such as greeting guests or helping with programs, please let us know. We greatly appreciate your support!


Student Dismissal
  • Students in Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, and Sara's Saturday Ballet 1 class will sit with their parents before and after their performance.
  • All other dancers will remain backstage throughout the performance and will be released to their families in the lobby following the conclusion of the show.

All seating is general admission. Everyone that needs a seat needs a ticket.
Performers do not need a ticket.
