​Ballet IV - Ages 10 -12 years
​Continuing the development of proper body alignment, strength and discipline needed as dancers mature. Proper technique is taught while encouraging self expression through this beautiful art form. At this level the student is required to take at least two ballet classes per week. 
Tips for a successful class at home: 
  • Be aware of your surroundings! Make sure you have enough space around you to fully stretch your arms and legs without hitting any objects.
  • Be cautious while dancing on slippery floors (hardwood, tile, carpet, etc). Going barefoot may be a good option if Ballet shoes are too slippery. 
  • No eating or chewing gum while dancing! 
  • Remember to drink water! ​
